Check that you have MMP access

ExploreDrop monitors the Explore (MMP) rate — it doesn't grant access to it. Takes 30 seconds in the Marriott Bonvoy app to confirm your account is verified:

    Open the Marriott Bonvoy app

    The check lives in the official Marriott Bonvoy app (iOS or Android), signed in with the Marriott account you’d book with.

    Tap "Account" in the bottom-right corner

    It’s the last item on the app’s bottom navigation bar.

    Tap "Verified Special Rates"

    You’ll find it in the My Profile section, right below Preferences.

    Look for "Explore Family Rate (MMP)"

    If MMP is in your list, you’re verified — every rate we track is bookable for you. If you only see Explore Friends Rate (MMF), that’s a different, less-discounted tier we don’t track yet.
