What happens to my monitors when I downgrade?

Your account goes to Free when you cancel Pro, when a referral trial ends, or when a payment fails for good. Your monitors are not deleted.

Which monitors stay active

Your newest 3 monitors stay active. Referral bonus slots are added on top of the 3.

All other monitors are paused. Paused monitors move to Inactive. They keep their price history.

How to choose which monitors stay

Pause or delete the monitors you do not need. This frees a slot for a monitor you want to keep active.

Delete is permanent. Pause keeps the monitor and its price history.

If a payment fails

While Stripe still retries a failed payment, your plan stays Pro.

If Stripe stops retrying, your account goes to Free. The same rule applies: your newest 3 monitors stay active and the rest are paused.
